- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Children must be supervised by their parent/guardian at all times. Please keep the playroom neat and tidy.
- All outside doors are locked 24/7 by an automatic locking system. Each guest has a 4-digit code to gain access to the house and to unlock their bedroom door. For everyone's security, please do not let strangers into the house.
- Housekeeping services are not provided within the guest rooms. Families are expected to keep their rooms neat and tidy during their stay.
- Food items should be stored and consumed in the kitchen/dining areas. Only water is permitted in the guest rooms, unless prior authorization is granted.
- Staff and Volunteers cannot provide medical-related services of any kind. Guests are fully responsible for managing their own medical needs. A personal caregiver is required if you need assistance to ambulate or care for yourself.

- Fire is not permitted in the house or on the grounds such candles, incense, etc.
- Absolutely no smoking is permitted anywhere on the property. Smoking in the house (including vapes) is cause for immediate dismissal from the property and a $200 cleaning fee.

It's a place we don't have to worry about, surrounded by other people going through similar things while we are figuring out appointments and going back and forth to the hospital. I feel safe here.

We warmly invite you to share your experience and help inspire others who may be on a similar journey—your story could be the encouragement someone else needs.
Guests are encouraged to check in when staff is onsite (Mon-Fri, 9 am-5 pm) to provide a tour and help them settle into their rooms. We understand this is not always possible in an emergency or with transportation issues.
After-hours or on weekend arrivals: Guests use a 4-digit code to get into the house and their room.
To protect the mission and intention of the house, we cannot accept referrals for:
- Individuals without a permanent address or a discharge plan, including those experiencing homelessness.

Final eligibility decisions are at the discretion of the Executive Director, who ensures all guests receive the care and consideration they need in an appropriate setting.
